Due to the volume of orders, our processing times are within 1-2 business days of receiving payment (excluding weekends). We always aim to get them out as fast as possible.

All orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel system and include Signature on Delivery with online tracking (for most options, see more details below).
All Australian orders are sent via eParcel Express which includes online tracking and Signature on Delivery. Shipping is calculated based on weight of your order.
Express post delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days. Most locations it is next day delivery however some areas can take up to 3 business days if you’re out of the Express post next day area. Some remote areas are offered 2 different shipping options due to the location and timing of postage to your area.
You will be required to sign for your parcel. If you are not at the designated address when delivery is made you will be directed to the nearest post office for collection of your parcel.

All International orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. Depending on your location you either have the option of:
• International Standard which includes tracking and signature on delivery, this options takes approx *3-10 business days, or
• International Express which includes tracking and signature on delivery, this options takes approx *2-4 business days).
*Excludes any times in customs, packages may be delayed due to customers which is outside of Luxe Wholesale Jewellery and the postal companies control.
Luxe Wholesale Jewellery ships worldwide. If your region doesn’t show up when calculating shipping, please contact us to setup the shipping option to your country. We have a currency option at the side of the page so you can view all products in your local currency. If your currency isn’t listed, please contact us to have it added.
All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. All international orders will be marked ‘COSTUME JEWELLERY SUPPLIES’. The customer is responsible for any import duty or a formal customs entry fee duties imposed by your country. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and we suggest you check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. To comply with Australia export requirements, Luxe Wholesale Jewellery must declare the full value of all items ordered.
