Luxe Wholesale Jewellery list all products as accurately as possible and provide size and full specification including pictures of each product, however, we understand it’s hard to imagine what products are like until you can see and touch them. Also, please remember due to the handmade nature of our items, there may be slight imperfections and variations in some items. We believe this is what makes handmade products beautiful and unique.
If you would like to return/exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items outside of this period are at our discretion and if approved will be subject to an admin processing and restocking fee of 20%.
Products that have been stamped, engraved, personalised, worn, scratched or used are not available for returns/exchanges. We only offer credits for return/exchange items, we don’t offer refunds.
Cost for returning the items are at buyers expense and remain the buyers responsibility until we receive them back.

We do stand behind our products and each order is checked carefully, however, occasionally mistakes or defects do occur despite our best intentions. When you receive your order, please check everything carefully. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately.
We take no responsibility for the piece if it has been stamped, engraved, personalised, worn, scratched or used. Should any faults arise with products once you have personalised/sent them to your customers they are your responsibility.
