As part of Luxe Wholesale Jewellery’s PERSONALISE IT service, you can have your supplies engraved with a font, design image, your logo.

But we don’t limit our engraving to just that!

Meet our INSCRIPTION service where you can turn someones memories into a treasured keepsake for years to come. We offer the option to have a drawing or handwritten note converted ready for engraving onto our supplies.

When you order your Luxe Wholesale Jewellery products you have the choice to select to have it personalised or leave it blank, if the piece is suitable for INSCRIPTION there will be additional options available.

 

Prices are set per piece, it includes the time it takes for the image to be converted and ready for engraving, proofs made up and the time to actually engrave the piece. INSCRIPTION’s take a little longer than all other services, as the images are uploaded to a drawing software where they are manually converted a bit at a time to a file that the engraving software can read. Some images are trickier than others to convert, depending on the quality of the image, how much detail is in the image, whether the pen is dark enough/or the lines to thin/thick to convert.

 

If we find any of these issues when working on the files we will liase with you.

WHAT WE NEED

For the best results we recommend the following

  • the bigger the image, the better, it’s easier to shrink it down to fit, however it’s harder to increase the size of it and keep the clarity. It’s also tricky to convert an image if the drawing is too small.
  • For the clearest results use a black felt pen/texta.
  • If you’re looking at a drawing, stick figures, and outline drawings are the best. Don’t colour in the drawing as it will just be one big blurr when we run it through the software, and most times virtually impossible to remove the coloured in sections.
  • Use a blank piece of paper, those with lines in the paper are hard to remove the lines themselves
  • For faster processing, upload the file with the order, rather than emailing at a later stage, as we can get working on it as soon as possible, and provide as much information when ordering regarding layout/size etc

 

If for any reason the image won’t fit on the piece you’ve ordered we will let you know, and discuss options. We are currently working on creating templates for each piece that you can download and use as a guide, including our circle pieces. Obviously the smaller the piece, if the option is available then it can’t be a large image that is engraved, or a detailed image.

 

Please Note: We do not split orders for non-personalised and personalised items. The orders will be shipped as they are ordered in full. Please allow extra time if you’re personalising items or order them separately if you need other items sooner.
