You need an active account to be able to view and see the prices. To have an active account you need to have purchased within the last 6 months. The system will automatically deactivate accounts without any activity over a 6 month period. If your account has lapsed and you wish to place an order please contact us.
At Luxe Wholesale Jewellery we do not have a minimum order quantity. You order as many or as little as you need. We only require a minimum order quantity on custom orders.
We offer bulk discounts on most pieces. If a bulk discount is offered it will be shown under the price when you go into the product details.
The system will automatically recalculate the discount as you adjust the quantity. The discount isn’t shown as a separate line item in the cart, the product price adjusts automatically.
We accept payments by Credit Card and Paypal.
Credit Card: We accept direct Visa and Mastercard payments via Stripe.
Paypal: This is the fastest and easiest method, while also being the most secure. Paypal option lets you pay using your paypal account if you have one. Paypal payments made using your balance clear instantly.
If you pay using eCheque, they can take up to 3-5 business days for payment to clear. Note orders are not shipped until payment is received in full. If payments have not been received within a week of ordering, the order will be automatically cancelled.
You earn LWJ Rewards Points for every dollar you spend. These points can be redeemed off your next purchase by converting them to a discount at the checkout.
Points are also earned when you leave us product reviews.
You don’t need to accumulate points to be able to use them, simply convert your balance to an immediate discount on your next order, it’s as simple as that.
When logged into your account you can manage your addresses, password and saved payment methods as well as check on an order status, or to view your recent orders and their status.
To do this click on the padlock on the top right hand corner of the screen
Then click on MANAGE ACCOUNT
You will then be taken to your dashboard when you can see everything in relation to your orders.
